Wasn't sure about the price at first but the silicone is genuinely softer than the cheap ones I've tried before. It stretches a lot without losing shape, and there's zero rubbery smell which I appreciate.
The lifebuoy shape actually stays put instead of rolling around, which was my main issue with plain rings. Silicone is super smooth and it snapped right back to shape after stretching. No weird smell either, which I was half expecting.
I've tried a few of these and this silicone one is by far the softest against skin, no weird rubbery smell at all. It stretches plenty but snaps right back to its shape, which my last one never did.
